Is this an original painting or a print?

Everything in the shop is a fine art print on canvas, made from a high-resolution photograph of the original painting. Each product page says exactly what you are buying.

Can I buy the original?

Some originals are available in Oslo. Write to us at contact@gongorartdesign.com and we will tell you more.

Is the print signed?

Every print carries the KG signature, reproduced from the original painting. KG stands for Krzysztof Gongor, the artist. The prints are not hand-signed.

How is the print made?

Prints are made on quality canvas with fade-resistant inks. You can choose a solid wood frame or stretched canvas without a frame.

How do I choose the right size?

A simple rule: a painting usually looks best when it covers about two thirds of the width of the furniture below it, like a sofa, sideboard or bed.

Can I see how it will look on my wall?

Yes. Send me a photo of your wall and I will create a free wall mockup showing the print at its true size. You will get it by email within 2 to 3 working days.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 4 to 10 business days. Shipping is free to Norway, the EU and the UK. Every print is made to order, and you will get a tracking link as soon as it ships. More on the Shipping & Returns page.

Do I pay customs or import fees?

Orders within the EU and the UK usually have no extra fees. Orders to Norway may be charged import VAT and a handling fee by the carrier on delivery.

Can I return my print?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you. Damaged or faulty prints are replaced or refunded free of charge. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.

How do I care for my print?

Hang it away from direct sunlight and damp rooms. To clean, dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning products.
