Shipping & Returns

Made to order

Every print is produced individually after you order it. Production usually takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on size and frame. Because production starts shortly after payment, orders usually cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. If you spot a mistake, write to us right away and we will do what we can.

Delivery

Shipping is free to Norway, the EU and the UK. After production, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 4 to 10 business days.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, public holidays or customs.

Orders to Norway

Our prints are produced by partner studios in Europe. Because Norway is outside the EU customs area, the carrier may charge import VAT and a handling fee on delivery. If you have any questions before ordering, write to us and we will help.

Damaged or faulty prints

Every print is checked before it ships, but things can happen on the way. If your print arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, at contact@gongorartdesign.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the damage
  • a photo of the shipping label on the parcel
  • a photo of the packaging

Keep the packaging until the case is resolved, as the carrier needs it to confirm transport damage. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

  • Let us know by email at contact@gongorartdesign.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Send the print back within 14 days after notifying us, in its original condition and packed safely.
  • Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as the print is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  • We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may hold the refund until the print has arrived back with us, or until you have shown us that it has been sent.
